Our Optometrists
Dr. Alison Loranger
Dr. Alison Loranger brings exceptional expertise and dedication to her role as a double board-certified optometrist, specializing in managing eye diseases, treating emergencies, and delivering comprehensive primary eye care.
Originally from Bedford, NH, Dr. Loranger returned home in 2019 after working alongside eye specialists at a renowned medical and surgical eye care center in Colorado. She spent five years with New Hampshire Eye Associates, where she provided comprehensive eye care and focused on the medical management of ocular disease. During her time there, Dr. Loranger built strong, lasting relationships with patients throughout the community.
Dr. Loranger is a respected clinical preceptor, having mentored and taught future optometrists, and actively participates in organizations like the American Optometric Association, the National Glaucoma Society, and the NH Optometric Association. Her accolades include being named New Hampshire's Optometrist of the Year in 2024, Colorado’s Young Optometrist of the Year in 2018 and earning numerous scholarships and awards. Yet, her greatest passion remains providing exceptional eye care to her fellow Granite Staters.
When she’s not serving patients, Dr. Loranger enjoys exploring New Hampshire’s outdoors, staying active with CrossFit, and traveling. Her commitment to advancing optometric care and building strong patient relationships has established her as a trusted leader in the field of eye health.

Dr. Abbie Martin is a dedicated optometrist who is proud to care for patients in the community she has always called home. Originally from Manchester, New Hampshire, Dr. Martin completed her undergraduate studies at MCPHS University in Boston, where she majored in Premedical Health Studies. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from MCPHS University in Worcester, Massachusetts, graduating at the top of her class.
Prior to joining her current practice, Dr. Martin practiced at a private practice in Concord, New Hampshire, where she developed strong, lasting relationships with patients and families throughout the community. She believes in providing personalized, thorough care while taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs and goals.
Dr. Martin provides comprehensive eye care, including routine eye examinations, contact lens fittings, ocular disease management, and treatment of eye emergencies. She also has a special interest in myopia management, helping children and families take a proactive approach to slowing the progression of nearsightedness.
Outside of the office, Dr. Martin enjoys staying active and spending quality time with her husband and their two children. She is excited to continue serving the local community and helping patients of all ages achieve and maintain healthy vision.

Dr. Abbie Martin
Dr. Cote, a native of Manchester, is a graduate of Central High, the University of Rhode Island, and the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. She completed her clinical rotations at the Columbia Point Eye Clinic, The Dorchester House, the South Boston Eye Clinic, and the Boston Eye Clinic in Kenmore Square.
In 1983, Dr. Cote returned home to New Hampshire and established her own practice. For over 40 years, she has been dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care to families throughout the Manchester area. Her practice has grown alongside the community, offering everything from routine eye exams and contact lens fittings to the diagnosis and management of eye diseases. Dr. Cote is known for her personalized approach, building long-term relationships with patients and often caring for multiple generations of the same family.
She is a member of the New Hampshire Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the National Glaucoma Society, and is Board Certified through the American Board of Optometry.
Dr. Cote has three children and five grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and gardening. She currently lives in southern New Hampshire with her husband, Dan.
Dr. Marguerite Cote
Our Team
Lynn
Lynn has been working with Dr. Cote since 1989, and continues as an integral part of the Advanced Eyecare team. As our office Technician, she performs the medical testing you may need before you begin your exam with the doctor. She will guide you through these tests and make sure everything is ready for your visit.
Lynn is also a licensed optician with extensive experience in eyewear. She will help guide you towards the selections that are just right in comfort and personal style.
In her free time Lynn enjoys gardening, and spending time camping with her husband in their 5th wheel RV.
Krista
Krista joined Dr. Cote’s practice in 2017 and now serves as the Office Manager at Advanced Eyecare. She plays an important role in all aspects of the practice, with a particular focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming, friendly, and comfortable environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Krista is always available to help patients navigate their insurance benefits, review claims, and address questions or concerns. You’ll also find her at the front desk throughout the day, where she enjoys connecting with patients and helping ensure their visits run smoothly from start to finish.
Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for our patients make Krista an essential part of the Advanced Eyecare team.
During her time off she enjoys reading, watching ALL of the Boston sports teams with her family, and spending time at the oceans in Maine.
Janet
Janet joined Dr. Cote’s practice in 2015 as the Billing Specialist and continues as a valued member of the Advanced Eyecare team. She works closely with insurance companies to help ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, helping make the billing process as smooth as possible for our patients.
Janet earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Salve Regina University and brings years of experience, knowledge, and dedication to her role.
Janet has a special connection to Advanced Eyecare that goes back even further. Her mother, Vivian, served as Dr. Cote’s Practice Manager for 29 years before retiring and passing the role to Krista.
She lives in Hooksett with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, Janet enjoys reading, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Michelle
Michelle joined the Advanced Eyecare team in 2025 and brings 10 years of experience in the optical field. She is nationally certified through the American Board of Opticianry (ABO), and serves as the Secretary on the Board of the NH Opticians Society. She is passionate about helping each patient find eyewear that looks great, feels comfortable, and meets their individual needs. She takes the time to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and visual needs so she can recommend the right frames and lenses for you.
Known for her ability to find the perfect fit, Michelle combines her optical expertise with a personalized approach to make choosing eyewear an enjoyable and comfortable experience.
Outside of work, she enjoys family adventures with her husband and son. She can often be found in the kitchen trying out a new baking recipe to share with family and friends.
Rachel
Rachel joined the Advanced Eyecare team in 2026 and is often one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you visit our office. As our Front Desk Receptionist, she helps make each patient’s experience smooth and welcoming.
Rachel assists with checking patients in, gathering and updating important information, scheduling appointments, and answering questions. She also helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes by confirming upcoming appointments and assisting patients over the phone.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys gardening and boating on New Hampshire lakes with her boyfriend, and spending time with her cat and dog.
