Dr. Alison Loranger
Dr. Alison Loranger brings exceptional expertise and dedication to her role as a double board-certified optometrist, specializing in managing eye diseases, treating emergencies, and delivering comprehensive primary eye care.
Originally from Bedford, NH, Dr. Loranger returned home in 2019 after working alongside eye specialists at a renowned medical and surgical eye care center in Colorado. She spent five years with New Hampshire Eye Associates, where she provided comprehensive eye care and focused on the medical management of ocular disease. During her time there, Dr. Loranger built strong, lasting relationships with patients throughout the community.
Dr. Loranger is a respected clinical preceptor, having mentored and taught future optometrists, and actively participates in organizations like the American Optometric Association, the National Glaucoma Society, and the NH Optometric Association. Her accolades include being named New Hampshire's Optometrist of the Year in 2024, Colorado’s Young Optometrist of the Year in 2018 and earning numerous scholarships and awards. Yet, her greatest passion remains providing exceptional eye care to her fellow Granite Staters.
When she’s not serving patients, Dr. Loranger enjoys exploring New Hampshire’s outdoors, staying active with CrossFit, and traveling. Her commitment to advancing optometric care and building strong patient relationships has established her as a trusted leader in the field of eye health.

Dr. Marguerite Cote
Dr. Cote, a native of Manchester, is a graduate of Central High, the University of Rhode Island, and the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. She completed her clinical rotations at the Columbia Point Eye Clinic, The Dorchester House, the South Boston Eye Clinic, and the Boston Eye Clinic in Kenmore Square.
In 1983, Dr. Cote returned home to New Hampshire and established her own practice. For over 40 years, she has been dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care to families throughout the Manchester area. Her practice has grown alongside the community, offering everything from routine eye exams and contact lens fittings to the diagnosis and management of eye diseases. Dr. Cote is known for her personalized approach, building long-term relationships with patients and often caring for multiple generations of the same family.
She is a member of the New Hampshire Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the National Glaucoma Society, and is Board Certified through the American Board of Optometry.
Dr. Cote has three children and five grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and gardening. She currently lives in southern New Hampshire with her husband, Dan.
Our Team
Lynn
Lynn has been working for Dr. Cote since 1988. She has vast experience in eyewear and will help guide you towards the selections that are just right in comfort and style. She is also well versed in eyewear repair, and can assist you with minor repairs and adjustments.
Lynn is a Certified Paraoptometric in the State of NH , which requires several hours of continuing education per year. She is certified to properly fit and dispense all eyewear and contact lenses. This allows her to assist our patients in a more knowledgeable way and answers questions regarding eyewear and contact lenses.
Lynn is also an optometric technician who performs the testing needed before your eye exam. She’ll be the one guiding you through these tests and making sure everything is ready for your visit.
In her free time Lynn enjoys gardening, and spending time camping with her husband in their 5th wheel RV.
Krista
Krista is our Front desk receptionist and Practice Manager. She has been with Dr. Cote's office since 2017. She will greet you when you come in and gather your demographics, and all the information needed to bill your insurance properly. Have a question about your bill, or last appointment? She will be the one to answer it, or get the answer for you.
In addition, she is a Certified Ophthalmic Dispensing Associate in the state of NH, which requires several hours of continuing education per year. She is able to assist you in frame selection and dispensing your contacts and glasses when Lynn is not available.
During her time off she enjoys reading, watching ALL of the Boston sports teams with her family, and spending time at the oceans in Maine.
Janet
Janet joined Dr. Cote's practice in 2015 as the Billing Specialist, carrying on a family tradition by following in her mother Vivian's footsteps when she retired after 29 years as the Office Manager. Even Janet’s sister Karen worked with Dr. Cote during her high school years. Janet earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Salve Regina University and brings both experience and dedication to her role.
She lives in Hooksett with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, Janet enjoys reading, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
